A draft Masterplan was prepared in cooperation with GMA Architects for lands at Mitchelstown Road and Clogheen Road, Cahir in 2006.  The masterplan formed the basis for the Local Area Plan.  Permission was granted for the construction of 149 houses in Phase 1 in September 2008 following first and third party appeals. 

Simon Clear & Associates successfully appealed the development contributions.

Permission was granted for 13 Light Industrial Warehouse units with associated offices and 4 serviced sites as Phase 2 in December 2008.
